Steve Simoulis

Steve has lived on the central coast for over 30 years. He loves going to Lake Nacimiento for wakeboarding and fishing during the summer and playing soccer and softball in the cooler months. Steve started in the construction trade while finishing high school thru hands on experience working in the field on small housing tracts and luxury hotels. While attending Cal Poly SLO, Steve kept his construction job and graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. From there Steve put his finance degree to work and was a credit manager and loan officer at Wells Fargo Financial. During his time at Wells Fargo he was offered a job as a project manager with a big general contractor working the western United States on mostly Federal projects. With over 20 years in the construction industry Steve has set himself apart by working on challenging projects and he has received awards such as LEED platinum, USACE flood control project of the year, and Historical preservation awards for his hard work. Today he remains excited and challenged by the construction and development business.
